What is freeze-drying? How does freeze-drying preserve the food without any preservatives?
We use spray drying and freeze drying to lock in the natural flavor, color, and nutrients of our ingredients while extending shelf life. Spray drying quickly removes moisture with heat, while freeze drying preserves delicate foods by gently removing ice through sublimation.
What is the shelf life?
Our meals are made to last up to—6 months.

How to store it? Do I need to keep the packets in the refrigerator?
No refrigeration needed! Just store the meal packs at room temperature, ideally in a cool, dry place below 80–90°F (27–32°C). A pantry, cupboard, or kitchen shelf works perfectly.
